Privacy Policy: Conference Participation

1. Data Collection

The International Institute of Psychological Maturity INC (IIPM) collects data necessary for your participation in the "Beyond Human" Conference:

  • Registration Data: name and email address.
  • Payment Data: processed securely via Zeffy. IIPM does not store your credit card numbers or banking credentials.
  • Communication Data: your handle/username in Telegram and interaction data within Google Meet.

2. How We Use Your Data

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Event Delivery: sending access links, schedules, and digital certificates.
  • Research: anonymised and aggregated data from group discussions may be used to analyse current trends in AI attachment and "relational dissonance".
  • Communication: updates regarding the "Beyond Human" project and future IIPM initiatives.

3. Data Protection (Florida Digital Bill of Rights — FDBR)

Consistent with the FDBR, we ensure:

  • Right to access / delete: you may request the deletion of your registration data after the Conference.
  • No sale of data: we do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising.
  • Security: we use encrypted platforms (Google Meet, Zeffy) to protect your digital footprint during the event.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Participants are subject to the privacy policies of:

  • Google Meet — for video conferencing.
  • Telegram — for community discussion and networking.
  • Zeffy — for secure donation processing.
