By registering for the Conference, making a charitable donation via Zeffy, or participating in the sessions via Google Meet and Telegram, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Nature of the Event: Research & Education

The Conference is part of IIPM's global research initiative on human–AI interaction. All sessions and materials provided are:

  • Educational & Informational: Designed to provide scientific insights into the "Digital Other," transitional objects, and psychological maturity.
  • Research-Based: Discussions and anonymised feedback collected during the Conference may be used for scientific research purposes, including publications regarding the HUMAI concept and the "buffer zone of development".
  • Collaborative Interaction: Participation in the Round Table implies a "shared meaning construction" in the digital age.

3. Professional Disclaimers

3.1 Not Medical Advice. IIPM is not a healthcare provider. Conference content does not constitute clinical therapy or medical diagnosis. Participation does not create a therapist–patient relationship.

3.2 Recording Policy. Sessions may be recorded for archival and educational purposes. By participating, you consent to the recording of your voice and image if you choose to activate your camera or microphone.

4. Registration & Donations

  • Charitable Donation: Participation is granted upon a voluntary charitable donation (suggested minimum USD 15) via the Zeffy platform.
  • Non-Refundable: As a donation to a non-profit initiative, contributions are generally non-refundable.
  • Access: Upon donation, participants receive an invitation to the private Telegram channel.

5. Intellectual Property

All presented models — including PersonaMatrix, HUMAI principles, and ECPF frameworks — are the exclusive intellectual property of the Institute and its speakers. Unauthorised recording or distribution of Conference materials is prohibited.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Participants waive their right to class-action lawsuits and agree to individual arbitration in Florida.
